Before you join
When do you start?
We are in the final stage of preparation in London. Everyone on the waiting list is invited first, and founding members get their first collection free.
Is my car insured while you have it?
Yes. Motor trade insurance covering driving and custody of your vehicle is in place before we operate — it is not something we add later.
Who actually does the work?
Independent garages and hand car washes we have visited, vetted and tested on a real car before they join the network. You see which one before you confirm.
What if the garage finds something else?
Nothing extra is carried out until you see the price in the app and tap approve. If you say no, the car comes back as it is.
Can I cancel?
Yes — no long tie-in. Full cancellation terms are published with the service terms at launch.
